ZK Time Web 2.0: Web based attendance management for Prince Sultan Military Medical City

Prince Sultan Military Medical City is our prestigious project which we have done in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prince Sultan Military Medical City is one of the most advanced centre in the Middle East. It is located in the heart of Riyadh, at a distance of approximately 20 Kilometres from the city center and easily accessible to the general population. It is the flagship of the PSMMC Program (Formerly known as RMH program). PSMMC is the Medical Services Department (MSD) of the Ministry of Defence and Aviation (MODA). Prince Sultan Military Medical City was officially inaugurated on December 1978 with only 385 beds as a first phase. Since then it has grown tremendously. It now includes the main hospital, the southwest corner and the new southwest corner extension with a capacity of about 1200 beds. Additional facilities are being built on a regular basis to accommodate the growing population and their needs and to further enhance the quality of patient care. The management wanted to track the records of the whole hospital including around 300 departments. And we have successfully done this project within given time and with complete satisfaction. The total number of machines which we have installed is 255, and the products given are I Clock 800, I Clock 800 – H, I Clock 360, and W 360 within their network. The project was a complete success by integrating the HR system and Leave system to our Time Web for reporting and managing. The I Clock series devices are standalone fingerprint Time and Attendance system for 'IN' and 'OUT' status. It is designed especially for security and proxy attendance control, it is easy to integrate into any kind of existing applications includes static application and VPN applications. I Clock 880-H stores up to 50,000 fingerprint templates inside. It enhances a stable communication process, which had solved the problems faced by the Prince Sultan Military Medical City.
